오랜 시간을 DR. SCALP와 같이 성장한 중국사업부 파트너는 3년이란 어두운 코로나 시기를 이겨내고,

새롭게 맞이하는 2023년에 들어서서, 어둠을 이겨낸 기쁨으로 첫 번째의 이벤트를 진행하였다.

이번 행사는 중국 각 지역의 지 점장 대상으로 성대한 “총재 특별 훈련”을 개시하였다.

한국 본사에서는 직접 이번 행사에 참가하고 싶었지만 코로나의 여풍의 영향으로 인해 기쁨 마음을 영상 편지로 전달하기 하였다.

아직은 코로나의 영향으로 현지 참석이 어려워서 많은 아쉬움이 있지만 영상 편지로 축복을 전달 받은 중국 파트너 및 지 점장들은 한국 본사의 마음을 뜨겁게 환영을 해주고, 모두의 얼굴에는 반가움이 가득 찼었다.

그 다음은 중국 전 지역의 시장을 이끌고 나아가는 중국사업부 총재 장위 사장님의 강연 이였습니다.

장위 사장은 경영인으로써 지금까지 쌓아온 노하우와 성과를 예를 들면서 성공의 비법을 아낌없이 각 지 점장에게 전술하였다.

그 외에도 각자의 영역에서의 총괄 역을 맡은 분들이 마케팅 전략, 인재의 양성 등등의 다양한 내용에 대하여 공유를 하였으며 팀웍의 중요성도 강조를 하였다.

그리고 각 지점에서 2022년 우수 지점에 대하여 우수 상을 선발하여 시상식도 진행을 하였다.

 

이번 행사를 통해 중국사업부는 2022년의 성과에 대하여 인정과 포상을 하면서 22년을 마무리하고, 

코로나의 위기를 극복하는 시점에서 새로운 2023년을 맞이하여 뜻 깊은 첫 행사를 진행하였다.

마지막으로 먼 곳에서 부터 한 곳으로 모인 각 지역의 지 점장들과 성대한 만찬을 즐기면서 하루를 마무리하였다.

이번 행사에 한국 본사는 아쉽게도 참석을 하지 못하였지만 이 중대한 행사에 대하여 같은 기쁨을 느끼며, 다음 행사에서는 꼭 참석하는 것으로 약속을 하였다.

进入新迎来的2023年, 以战胜黑暗的喜悦进行了第一场的活动。

本次活动以中国各地的门店店长为对象，开展了盛大的"总裁专项培训"。

韩国总公司虽然想亲自参加此次活动, 但由于受到新冠肺炎余风的影响, 通过视频影像的方式，传达了共同喜悦的心情。

虽然目前还是因为受新冠肺炎的影响, 所以很难去往现场参加此次活动, 而感到非常的遗憾。

但仅收到视频信件祝福的中国合作伙伴及店长们也会很热烈欢迎韩国总公司, 并且所有人的脸上都充满了喜悦.

接下来是引领整个中国市场前进的中国事业部总裁章伟的演讲。

章伟总裁作为经营者, 把至今为止所积累的经验和成果为例, 毫不吝啬地向各分店长叙述成功的秘诀。

 

除此之外,在各自领域担任总管角色的人们还共享了营销战略、人才培养等多种内容, 还强调了团队合作的重要性。

此外, 各分店在2022年对优秀分店选拔中获取的优秀奖, 并进行了颁奖仪式。

通过此次活动,中国事业部对2022年的成果进行了认可和奖励, 并收尾了22年。

然后在克服新冠肺炎危机的时刻, 迎接新的2023年, 举行了意义深远的首次活动。

最后, 与从远方聚集到一起的各地区分店长们一起享受盛大的晚餐, 结束了这一天。

虽然很遗憾, 韩国总公司没能直接参加此次活动, 但对此次重大活动感到同样的喜悦, 并约定下次活动一定要参加。

 

The Chinese business division partner, who has grown up with DR. SCALP for a long time,

overcame 3 years of pandemic and held the first event with the joy of overcoming the darkness in the new year 2023.

This event is a “Special Training for The President” that was launched for branch managers in each city in China.

The Korean head office wanted to participate in this event in person, but due to the pandemic, hey delivered their joy through a video letter instead.

Chinese partners and branch managers warmly welcomed the Korean headquarters after watching the video message.

 

After that, a lecture was given by Zhang Yu, president of the Chinese business division,

who leads the market in all regions of China.

President Zhang Yu generously explained to each branch manager the know-how to success and achievements he has accumulated so far as an example.

In addition, general managers of each area shared various contents such as marketing strategy and talent development,

and emphasized the importance of teamwork. And the award ceremony was also held by selecting the best branches in 2022.

The Chinese division wrapped up the year by rewarding achievements in 2022,

and held a meaningful first event to welcome the new year at the point of overcoming the crisis of the pandemic.

Lastly, it was ended with a grand dinner with branch managers from each city who had gathered from far away.

 

Although Korean head office was not able to attend this event,

but they were delighted with this important event and promised to be together next year.
